The 2014 Athens County Moto Enduro returns to the Athens County Fairgrounds. This year ATV's are added to the program, with Pro, Amateur and 4x4 classes. A $6000 purse is up for grabs. $3000 for the Pro Bikes and $3000 for the Pro ATVs. Payout is below.
All Bike classes will include the following:
Pro
Enduro A
Enduro B
Enduro C
Schoolboy 12-15
16-24
25+
35+
Women
ATV classes: Pro, Amateur, 4x4
Amateur classes will be $30 per class
Pro class will be $50
Sign up: 4:00 Practice: 5:30 Race: 7:00
Rules:1. LEMANS STYLE START: WHEN GREEN FLAG WAVES ALL RACERS WILL RUN TO THEIR MOTORCYCLES.
2. PRO RIDERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RUN AN AGE CLASS. RIDERS COMPETING IN ENDURO A/B/C CLASSES ARE ELIGIBLE TO RACE AN AGE CLASS.
3. NO AMA OR DISTRICT MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED.
4. MOTOCROSS SCORING: ALL RACERS MUST HAVE FRONT AND SIDE PANEL NUMBERS ON MACHINE.
5. ALL ATV RACERS MUST HAVE NUMBER PLATES AND READABLE NUMBERS ON SIDE OF HELMETS.
6. NUMBER OF RACERS ON THE COURSE WILL BE DETERMINED AT THE EVENT. IF NEEDED, AMATEUR CLASSES WILL BE SPLIT INTO SEPARATE RACES.
7. PROPER RIDING GEAR IS REQUIRED-HELMET, GOGGLES, GLOVES, PANTS, JERSEY. NO WORK BOOTS, JEANS OR T-SHIRTS.
Under the RIDER INFO tab on the website, all of the classes are listed. Fill out the form for each class you are racing. This is for sponsor announcements, etc. before your race. THIS IS NOT PRE-ENTRY! You still need to fill out the registration forms at the event.
