i planned on vet fest and can am this year.. but red bud had other plans for me lol got surgery on my foot yesterday. im out 8-10 weeks or so.. I was hoping I might be able to get in can am but itll be the same week i get my cast off and im sure my foot is still going to be in pretty bad shape...

hey now i did it one moto and cased it way too hard. i did it in practice OK but it was way rougher for motos, first time in a while i regretted the 350 vs 450 lol

just met his dad at a local private track, seem like good people! turns out they live 5 min down the road from me, kid looks quick, will be rooting for him down there for sure.

i think thats a great idea and all tracks should do it. i try not to show up anywhere if i don't know anyone, and I've definitely left a track earlier than I would have liked to because anyone else I knew had to leave also.. literally a checkbox at sign in which will take .1 seconds to check...

i think he was talking about the table table up front. that was big and sketchy (for me) fast as my 350 would go and then some, and sometimes it was enough and sometimes not so much lol

keefer just did a podcast with a bunch of testting and info about tires... worth the hour listen! in short, the dunlop is prob best tall around, pirelli super good performance but s**t for durability, and the tusk tire is pretty damn good all around for a cheaper tire.

got really lucky honestly..given the forecast. I think it started pouring for the second set of motos around moto 7 or so.. got a decent break and then started again toward the end of the second motos but the trash was trashed by that point. prior to that the track was sweet all weekend.

also some had thicker fibers for the 2 outter plates. not sure if honda did that or not, and im too lazy to go lookup part numbers right now to see if 2 fibers are different, but maybe check that lol

good call on the BB. I'm pretty sure the suzukis had the ball, and pretty sure i put one together without it and it behaved the same way. so thats probably it. and yeah i can see #1 now is the circlip, duh. looking at sharcs pic the ball is easier to see.

is the little ball in there behind the push rod? i'm pretty sure that happened to me once, that ball dropped out when i took it apart and didnt realize it was even there. #1 in ur diagram

dont recall having any problems with dirt after riding at 62 but i do typically wash my bike within a day anyways.
