AHRMA Great Lakes region races coming up.

NQ, you posted that AHRMA asked you to help Simon get the series back on track. "The folks at AHRMA asked me to help Simon to get this year's Regional program back on track"

    Ironman "full?"

Uhhhh.... ALL outdoor nationals are run by MXSports and AMA Pro Racing. Been that way for years.

Grears GP by MERP - Course Preview

I don't think anything can ever top the C class start at the Eroc golf course GP.

HONDA HILLS - First Annual Klamfoth Classic

That's a big bonus. After seeing vids from practice days I figured racers would be needing a 12 pack of air filters for race weekend. As for promotion, HH spends all their time on social media promoting food vendors. Kinda weird.

    get insurance!

Bummer sorry to hear! Yeah we've had that discussion on here for literally decades now about people who think their home owners insurance covers their bike. NOPE.

Grears GP by MERP - Course Preview

That was my recommendation from day 1. Creative layout; you have to sort of blind yourself from the MX track and just look at the property as a whole.

Chillitown Mx Round 3 for the Battle of Ohio Rescheduled to October ,Buckeye series race This weekend

I did the Oct. Ctown race several years by myself. That resulted in me eating most of the candy I brought to pass out before Sat evening!

    The big debut!

Gavin Towers is making debut as well. #532 I remember Gavin racing Briarcliff on 50's with Mitch.

Proposed changes to the claiming rule

Where did I say whether I believe it or don't believe it? None of my replies to you contain any of my opinions. I'm simply replying to your questions about works bikes in the AMA with the actual rules to give you the info of what is allowed and what isn't.

Proposed changes to the claiming rule

Sorry, I misunderstood and thought you were talking about the Pro Nationals -- those are the AMA PRO Racing rules. They do not apply to Deegan's motor at LL. These are the AMA Amateur "mod" class rules regarding the engine: 1. Engines (Modified Classes) a. Motorcycles must use the crankcases...

Proposed changes to the claiming rule

It's amusing reading all the stuff everywhere that has exploded because of this and really makes you realize how ignorant people are (mainly on Vital LOL). 1. Claiming a bike is different than protesting a bike. Deegan's bike was legal in the class (theoretically). He could have been racing...

2022 AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship

Yeah I see what you mean, but since it's not clearly defined either way there is no way a claim would hold up on a vintage year bike at any event.

2022 AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship

LL has "supplemental rules" that are applied in addition to regular AMA rules. That's where they cover the "sportsman" classes, etc. It is in the LL supplemental rules that they up the claiming to 2x. All the social media experts have attached 2x in their brain as the actual rule, but it only...

2022 AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship

Everyone is wrong on the Maico. (BTW this might be the first time ever I have corrected Bruce on something) Vintage is excluded. J. Claiming 1. All sanctioned motocross and youth meets are claiming meets. The claiming price shall be 30 percent over (50 percent over for Supermini)...
