Trying to look up a VIN on a bike I may purchase. 93 cr 250. Don't want to buy a stolen bike....anyone know of a free site? Ive used one before, right when my bike got stolen, I registered it there. But I can't remember where it is at.

Someone posted a link, but I can't find it.
 
I've one of those before, but can't find the link. You can just buy my '95 that has a title and save the trouble....

The captcha isn't working on the NICB for some reason. Can't get a result....couple guys on vital said the same thing.
