1974 CZ Red Frame bikes

I just picked up 2 1974 CZ Red Frame Radial Head bikes. The bike with the plastic tank is a 380 with a snail pipe. The engine will not turn. The one with the original tank is a 250. It turns over. They have sitting outside for a long time. Anyone know anything about these? Do they make good racers? Are they valuable? Are they worth restoring? I was debating on creating one finished bike and one parts bike.

The one with the snail pipe is a 74 red frame the other one is a 73 coffin tank 250.I bought a brand new 73 250 back in the day. These bikes are well built and were very reliable. Parts are plentiful.

I'm curious about a picture you posted about 6 yrs ago of a red frame CZ with a pretzel pipe. Do you still have that bike? I used to own a 1974 CZ 250 with a modified frame to lay down the rear shocks, plus it had a custom made pretzel pipe. Can you tell me any info about the bike? The picture showed similar frame mods I had made to my bike. Don't know what happened to the bike as it was traded in for another bike in 1977. Please let me know if you have any info on this bike.
