A trip to Red Bud and I have a new hero..... SethWho?

Memories from 2016, the year that Seth Hammaker left Loretta's with a title and a runner up in the Super Mini classes, signed a Team Green ride, and maybe made some people stop asking "Seth Who?'

Fast forward to 2018 and I had the pleasure of spending a few minutes with the speedy youngster from Pennsylvania. He managed too "punch his ticket" to Loretta's with a title in the 250A class and a second in Pro Sport (aboard the same bike raced in the 250 class).

A little under powered in the pro sport class

But in a good position exiting turn 2

I've been keeping an eye on him since I saw him battle for the lead in the Super Mini class at the Monster Energy Cup a few years ago. Seems like a good kid & is definitely getting faster!

A great young man. We meet his mother and him at the East fork qualifier. Was in awe of his speed. The boy finally got the nerve to talk to after hours lol. They trade goodies. A sticker for a hat, the boy now wears that hat everywhere. He sends the boy encouraging messages on Instagram after races.
