Familiar with old Mopeds?

Boy is interested in a moped since seeing one in the new bumblebee movie. I have always wanted one. Searching on facebook marketplace I came across this.

worth pissing with? I know nothing about mopeds lol.

he can cruise around the neighborhood, pit bike it at the races, ride to baseball games down the street. And would be a fun project for us it its not to big of a PITA.

I’ve got a 1981 Honda Express II. I love it as a pit bike and it’s pretty easy to work on. Treatland.tv is a good place for parts.
