Pax Trax MX?

For those of you who’ve rode pax what is the best rear tire to run? I’m heading to st Augustine this weekend and it’s only 25 min away. Videos make it look like i could get away with with mx3s rear tire but i want opinions. Thanks!

mx3s or Bridgestone X20 are fine.

Yes mx3 or x20 will be fine.
It’s soft on top but has a hard base.
No need to go with a full on sand tire.

Sooo Fun - You'll have a blast.
These are from last weekend.
It starts out smooth and fast but will get combed and bumpy by days end.
Wash your bike / stuff as soon as you can - the black dirt stains

MX33 is fine. Like sharc says, that black sand is nasty s**t and stains. Especially if its wet. If WW is open drive 30 minutes more to the north and go to WW ranch. Think you would like it better.

Thank you all! I’ll be taking my 450 and my 500AF with me. Both have brand new mx3s tires on them. And unfortunately WW isn’t open for practice according to their website. Pax and bostwick creek were my two choices for close and under an hour.

Bostwick is baaadd azzz too.
Bigger, more spread out and real dirt like.
Has some of everything. Bowls, flats, booters and rhythms

Pax was definitely a track that lived up to its hype. Wasn’t a good track for my 500, but still had a blast
