Yeah, so this weekend at OIR

I woke up around 8:30 & made breakfast.

Pulled into the gate around 9:45.

Parked next to a dude with a clapped out truck, a hot wife, 4 kids & 05 YZ- 250

On the other side of me was a group of 4 older dudes with a plethora of bikes thrown into a landscaping trailer being pulled by a Lexus SUV and a jumbo Ez-Up.

I head to sign up - took 30 seconds – got my wrist band.

With still plenty of time, I throw on some fresh kit & I’m ready to rip.

Straight up 10:00 o-clock I’m making “first tracks” on a nicely sculptured, well-manicured, extremely fun circuit and by 1:20 in the afternoon its BALLS HOT, I’ve gotten 90 + min on the track, I’m tired and loading up to head to the pool.

I want to send out a big thanks to Tim, BJ, the guy at MX Acres ….ect. The guys that do their own thing.

Yesterday, there was about 150-200 of us at OIR.

There’s an entire group of riders that will NEVER be at a race. Don’t WANT to be at a race. Won’t SACRAFICE their family to race. Have OTHER things that are priority…… but still like to Moto.

They may not show up on a score sheet or come home with an award but it sure seemed like everyone was having a BLAST!

Thanks Guys !
