Looks like they lost a $15 million dollar law suit in 2019 on an injury, and now have lost the appeal as well.

I wonder what the accident was? Finding them guilty of the cause is tough in motosports.

I clicked on a link from another post. Said a kid hit a metal culvert. Lost part of his leg and had a head injury. Awarded the rider $14.2 million and the parents almost $750,000 for medical bills. The lawyer from Durhamtown argued that the rider was at fault, so it would be interesting to know the details. Was the rider doing something he should not have been doing, or some where he should not have been?
