W.T.M. - Weekly updates

I got to ride at a really cool local private track Saturday and Sunday went to a new local track for us, TriCity MX in Franklin,Pa. This place is fun and will be really good as the new owners get a few little things figured out. It will be nice to finally have a good place to go up in this neck of the woods! No more 2hr driveway for me per Sharc! Haha

Hit Smith rd Sunday, track was in good shape. Lots of buddies there, spent more time talking than riding.

Track is super fun. A lot of people like it. It’s been a tough year for racing due to weather. Place could be an amazing venue. Has all the features you could want.

I’ve ridden Mansfield 3x and it’s an okay track. I don’t like the jumps, the faces are weird and it’s so hard pack and dried out too quick. However i enjoyed their wood sections they had there
 
Mansfield needs someone with dedicated time to operate the MX portion of the facility. The track can still be there and if you feel you have potential to operate a full-time MX platform, now is your chance to go sell yourself :)

I can get you in contact with the correct people if you feel this is an opportunity you would be willing to take on.
 
Why would Mansfield go through all the trouble building the MX track and then bail on it after one (rainy) season? Seemed like that had potential there.
 
CTMX last weekend for me.
Chilly mornings. Sunday was delayed due to fog.
DHDS01 is back!
Also saw MCaup22

BC this coming weekend; planning on both days. Later on Sunday, though.
 
Went to ctown after 3 weeks since I touched a dirtbike second race since June. Race pace was rusty on opening laps but riding was good for not riding and honestly was stoked with how I rode. Results honestly didn’t matter to me but good riding to go into next year and finish this year since that’s basically the last race. Excited to get back to riding and get myself a new bike this winter. I will say if you didn’t come to ctown this weekend you missed out. It was so good all weekend. Ruts everywhere got rough but was fun and flowed. Best I seen it this year
 
Raced Amherst 3hr Team GP on Sunday. Rocket Robin and Rich Silvers were my teammates.

We tied Mark Hyde's team on number of laps (29) but Mark crossed the finish line ahead of Robin on the last lap to take the victory for his team. No surprise there - we knew we had a tough go trying to beat his team of himself and Joe Evener.
 
No Viva @ Nap for this weekend? Super bummed about that anyone know why the change? I figured it was probably due to the large amount of people and trying to park everyone on the hill ?
