Micro 1 shaft and micro e

We just got Wes on a cobra fwe he will
Be racing on Sunday in the 50 open class !

Raced acouple weeks ago down at echonconnee z track was gnar . Wes was 5th in mirco 1 shaft and had a tip over and got stuck under bike . Rest is history on to the next .

I never understand how kids get burnt out racing. I started at 4 and raced until i was 9. Quit until i was 13, and have rode since (only time off was due to injury) and I’m 36 now.

Id guess the number one reason kids get burnt out is jackass parents. I know you've seen the type.

Some kids get burnt because its alot of effort if youre doing it on a higher level. Same thing happens to travel ball kids.

I’d say a few reasons one is parents pushing something they want more than their child. I’d say resources and lack of funds. Learned real quick at 17 I needed to bust my ass not only to live but in order to race/ ride. Also the chase of constantly training and riding but not getting anywhere. I will say at 22 years old I’ve never not wanted to ride. Feel like a lot of people forget it’s alright to be competitive that’s life but everyone got into riding cause it’s fun. All I think about is riding/racing and get excited to go everytime. Also makes you appreciate riding more when you know you busted your ass throughout the week working and mommy and daddy didn’t pay for all it.
