I know this is way early but my 6yr old keeps busting my chops, weather permitting whens the cabin open?
 
Can’t help ya with an exact date, but as it gets closer Apple Frank will typically posts something on the board.

Weather permitting *roll eyes* If outdoor was open in the middle of January I'de be there in my winter coat, unloading to throw snow.
 
The cabin used to be open...Tuesday,Thursday and sat I believe,And Frank ran in the winter for a couple of years....I remember freezing my ass off.........But I was riding so it did not matter....And of course,It was packed.

Your right,that was before the $hit hit the fan with the neighbors about 12 years ago.Things have worked out well though,Ive held up my end of the agreement and they leave me alone.As far as opening this year all I can say is Ohio weather is like a box of chocolates "you never know what your gonna get".

What happened with the neighbors? You guys are far back there, you barley even know someones there. Plus the track stays pretty wet. I'd tend to think you have less of a problem than anyone else.
 
I used to ride there on Saturdays.

How about a little Old School Cabin? Here's me in 1998 on my YZ125.

Cool Pic Pit....I remember that track...I believe there was a sweet single to table..That was big at the time.
 
I would change both the big and small tracks around, make them both bigger. Add some older things from a few years ago on the big track. On the small track make the jumps bigger and not the same thing every year.

Same thing every year? REALLY??? Whatever, just go to Smith road there you can get the same thing not only year after year, but decade after decade!!
 
I ride at this track every Thursday, and I love it! And yes Smith Road does have the same thing every year. Thats why I come to this track every week in the summer and after school. I look forward every week coming out to ride with my buds, and i have only been coming here for 4 years and mainly ride on the small track. Sorry to upset you, havent been coming here my whole life, only 14.

14 huh? You ever go down to crow canyon?
 
I remember going out the cabin any day of the week. If you showed up early enough you could help water the track. Dragging those fire hoses around sucked, but getting to ride made it better.
