Hey guys! We wanted to come out with our pit bikes-- but we weren't sure if you were going to let us run 'em or not after the guys were whimpering at the Memorial Day race. Those guys won't be coming, and the normal non-whimperers want to come out and ride. Can we come? Thanks in advance! --L*64

Double D, what classes were you thinking if we did the shortened track for peewees? I'm always happy to pass on your feedback and see if we can find a compromise

All of them! With quads running at your races there are NO issues letting any kids ride a shortened version. Look at it this way, one less track to maintain !!

We used to run around the start, down the railroad track, down the hill, over the little table top / hill then over the bridge by the old six pack now tables and by the start gate.
Just a simple track but room to pass and some elevation. George did it forever, in fact we used to do the pit bike race on the same track.

For the PW's you would be better off doing anything other than the pee wee track.

My kid rides Sr 50's he could ride the whole big track no issue. PW's might be hard to chase if ruts were present.

Luckystar, yes to the non-ornery pitbike racing ; ). DoubleD Larry has hired the score and flag people for the peewee track and is set to run it for Labor day as planned, I mentioned your comments and he took them into consideration but feels its best to stay with the peewee track, sorry! We had a bad beginner 65 injury on the big track our first race after George retired and we are trying to be extra safe to avoid that happening again. Even though some kids would do just fine on the big track, others not so much. Also running the two tracks has shortened the day for both peewee parents and older racers, so that's a bonus ; ).
