Paris Bombings Bercy SX

How tragic an event last night. It makes no sense to me. I have been searching for info on tonight's Bercy SX and haven't found anything yet. I imagine it will be canceled. Several American riders are there and guess stuck until they open the borders. The situation makes me so angry and I hope that France will retaliate in a huge way. How, I am not sure because ISIS is so spread out, how do you fight them? I sure hope this terrible situation will fire up the french people to take their country back. It is being over run by Muslim extremists. God bless the injured and families of the deceased.

Prayers and condolences to the families and everyone affected, but I don't think forum is the best place for this topic.

Wow the race went on, screw the terrorists, we won. They think they can scare us into staying home scared. Congratulations to all the riders that carried on and raced anyways. Stewarts sure had trouble keeping things on two wheels. I read some comments on another site and guys were putting JS7 down pretty bad. Saying he is always looking for a reason to not race. I don't believe that. Maybe it's he has so many past injuries all it takes is a tip over and ouch, somethings wrong. He was carried off the track Sat. night and didn't race Sunday. Spoiler alert, way to go Peick and Christophe.

Bubba now has an excuse that he is nursing a injury when SX starts. he is done.

As for France. Nice job on bombing the hell out of jihadi recruitment centers, munitions depot, and ISIS training camps. A strong immediate response. Our current administration should take a lesson.

He won't be done until the manufacturer Suzuki stops writing checks. Hell they're still paying him whether or not he finishes or races right away (or doesn't race right away) when his suspension is up.

Plus all the wheelie boys aren't riding suzukis.

what do the wheelie boys have to do with him getting paid to race or not. ?

Wheelie boys aren't riding(stealing) suzukis. So they must be crap! Because Suzuki is paying bubba.

Clearly a long shot at a bad joke. Sorry. And I know Stewart's payroll isn't breaking Suzuki but you do wonder how a company with so many dealership closings justifies keeping someone on the payroll that isn't selling bikes. And by selling bikes I mean winning on them to sell them.

bubba has been almost non existent. I know he is still in ads and what not, but he's really been gone. and how many people wear seven gear? the wheelie boys even wear fox over seven.

He has been gone because he was banned from racing jack ass. Who won the Straight Rhythm? And I dont blame him for pulling out of MEC if he tweaked his wrist, its not a contracted race and he couldnt win 100K so why risk any more? Same with Lille. He is trying to get in the spot light by racing there and in Au with Reed. But he and his team are smart by pulling out and recovering for SX here in 6 weeks or so. The guy still pulls mad money in for his sponsors, he makes more sitting on the bench than you or most people do in a lifetime. Give it up John259.

Yeah, but while he was "banned" he is losing his racing mojo. No matter how much you practice it is different when your on the track in racing conditions. And you lose a little. I think we will see that come January.

I'm not saying he is going to sweep anything. He will be a contender and maybe win some. And he may crash out. But no matter what he makes racing interesting in a field of usually boring. That's what sponsors and fans like, that's what counts!

I hope he is out there. Without Bubba I don't have a lot of things to talk about during SX.
