1982 at Sunset Ramblers on a 1979 KX 80. It was a rubber band start. 1983 was the year I got my first new bike. A 1983 KX 80. Alot of riding and racing at Honda Hills in the mid and late 80's.

I have few ideas about the low turnouts. First of all the district 11 promoters have no interest in working together to put together some kind of event or series that would interest riders and have the ability to payout decent awards. There are several small groups or even single tracks...

I would keep riding both untill you outgrow the 65. It will give you more classes to race at each race.
