This event is the grand finale resulting from over 100 events in 33 states and presents the top performers from their respective regions. Motocross stars of today and those of the past 38 years have all participated and gained notice at the NMA events on their way to their pro career and fame. The NMA recognizes that not all motocross racers become professional stars and therefore provides the best racing for all levels of competition How to Qualify: You need to participate in 2 of the scheduled races, finish in the Top 12 of points for those attempting to qualify for Ponca City and you are qualified. You must participate in the event; you cannot sign up and leave. You will not be awarded points if you do not participate. ***When you attempt to qualify, you run the appropriate class in the CRA or AMA based on your skill level, age, machine and gender. The tracks will not be creating classes for the qualifiers. All the various CRA and AMA classes will work for the NMA, questions should be directed to the regional manager.*** Cost to Qualify: A NMA license is required; this can be purchased on the NMA site or at the Ponca City Qualifier for $40.00. If you are attempting to qualify at Crow Canyon, you will need an AMA License to participate in that event. If you are qualifying at Lightning, Pymatuning or TV Land, you will need a CRA membership.
