Nitrogen Amount?

Does anyone have a good resource for shock nitrogen amounts (range)? I'm currently looking for my 96 CR250 and was wondering about my older stuff too.

Im not dirt scooter shock expert, but in four legged varierty we run 200 psi.

175 psi is as good as it gets. That is what I have used on every rear shock I have serviced since 1990.

Honda CR500 Manual calls for 150PSI nitrogen

Talking with a shop about a 2008 Yz250 last fall they said 140 to 150 PSI.
I would go to Iron Pony. YOC in back they charge $10 or $20 bucks for a nitrogen recharge. Can't go wrong with that.
