For $6500, they better have previous owernship papers. You would think that bike would be in the museum or in MC's garage. I remember watching McGrath at High Point when I was probably less than 5 years old on that bike sporting the #125.

States right in the ad that the history is unknown, I'm sure it is NOT an original PC bike or it would be in someones collection

Why not just make a replica of the bike? Then you can save 3 grand after you fix it up. With the exception of the tank what else is special about it that you would not be able to do on your own?

I wouldn't have a clue as to what it'd be worth, but the one thing it has going for it that's out of the norm is the aluminum tank.
