Canard out for rest of supercross.

That also blows because that takes away another place in the points difference between 1st and 5th with those guys getting the top 5 almost every time!!!!

Unfortunately, it was bound to happen as there are never this many title contenders still standing at the end of the SX season because it's so dangerous....... bummer.

Very sad to here this. Trey had a great season going and is a true class act. I Wish him the best and cant wait to see him next year, maybe even a few rounds outdoors.

That's horrible news, I love Canards riding style and his work ethic and attitude, was really hoping to see him come out on top this year, now....if we could only get him on a KTM and kick alessi to the curb....

id be happy if ktm got ANYONE and kicked alessi to the curb lol

I dont know why Short is such a bump on a log this year. He was always competitive and doing good on those factory Honda's....Now it seems like he makes it to lap 14 and gets the blue flags...

Alessi can pull a holeshot but I don't know if he lost his drive to win...he's always a fast outdoor rider though...

I cant imagine what Decoster must be thinking right now after being on the top for so long

Probably thinking the same as Jeremy McGrath when he left honda and got smoked that next season on his Suzuki....I guess 2nd isn't smoked but he wasn't the King he used to be...

i dont think its the bikes they are riding.. alessi never was a super star indoors.. and short is right about where he was last year (maybe a few behind, but thats becuase a few people were out injured)

I also think that the 350 isn't allowing them to do some of the rythem sections as easily as the 450's....I don't think that bike was made for supercross but more so to ride longer and faster outdoors, that's where I can't wait to see what Shorty will do on the 350...he's always been a great outdoors rider.

^^see I'd agree with that, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut..... was it 2 weeks ago I think, that Sipes posted up the 3rd fastest lap time out of ANYONE on a 250f?

so... if a 250f can make the times, a 350 shouldnt have a problem. im sure here and there theres a section that might be a little harder, but nothing that will make a huge difference in results

A good rider will find away to make anything fast, Reed has gone from Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Honda, hasn't missed a beat. BUT, haven't seen a fast KTM since???

That SUCKS about Trey Canard.......I am a fan of his. Good kid. Probably affect him outdoors too.

Bummer for the kid! I think he's got his head in the right place and will come back. He shouldn't rush back tho. Outdoors is no place to work out injuries. Think he should take as long as he has to.
