Anybody ever gone to the SX final in Vegas?

Thanks Scoob, good advice. My partner got back and we talked about it. He's going to look into that, going early to save some $$ (he's an expert at working travel deals). Got the hotel covered either way, so good there. Tickets (in advance) will be pricey, but covered (I'm going for some GOOD ones, if this all works out).

Airline and event tix (courtesy of the wife, kids and sister-in-law), staying at the Las Vegas Hilton courtesy of Hilton points. Can't wait!!

Funny story- The guy I work with figured out how I should go a day early- cheaper flights (like Scoob said). Said, "Hey, we're paying to airline you home from FL, why don't you just go to Vegas from FL?" Rates were nearly the same, so wife and family only had to go the one way tix home.

Heckuva early birthday gift!
