Great day at DMC. Smaller than normal turnout of around 185 riders (economy finally catching up with people). Great weather all weekend. So much rain lately, all they had to do was disc and turn it over, and it was like they watered the track so the conditions of the track were very good. Track was very fast for sure Sunday. Randy Comer (40+) went down hard. Last I heard they think he had a broken leg. He was hauled to the hospital. Lets hope he heals quickly.

So sorry I missed this one! Had some friends in that wanted to ride, non racers. Shoulda, shoulda, shoulda... Hope to be there in a few weeks.

Randy got released and home yesterday after surgery to his lower left leg. Both tib & fib had issues high near his knee and down around his ankle. A rod, a plate and some screws are in place. Hopefully the lower potion of the bone heals on its own...dr. said sometimes for some reason that bones doesn't like to heal very well...which would mean more survey in the near future. Thx for the thoughts and prayers!!!!!
