Ugh...1984 RM250 water pump impeller stuck...really really stuck!

Replacing all the bearings and seals in the engine of my 1984 RM250 and the water pump impeller is giving me fits. It's mounted in the clutch side case and the shaft the impeller mounts to has 2 flats spots on the end that the impeller slides over. I have the 10mm bolt off and I don't believe there's anything else that should be holding it on?

I've heated it up, I've put the bolt part way back in and tapped on it to try to get the shaft to budge, I've pried and have also had it soaking with PB plaster and the sucker won't budge. Anybody had any experience with stuck impeller like this? I'd imagine it's just corroded on but I'm to the point that I'm wondering if I need to have the shaft pressed down with a hydraulic press or something.

After soaking in PB blaster since yesterday...I threaded a longer bolt into the impeller shaft and hit it a few times and it slowly pushed it out of the impeller. Yep, corrosion was the culprit and the soaking definitely helped.
