25 people is a steep number to reach I'm sure for most, almost have to invite everyone like an open practice and hope they show. Is that your minimum? Hours?

you dont have to have 25 ppl for the rental its up to 25 riders for that price and its 6 hours

We did a few indoor vet rentals back at Ram Jam back in 2006 & had 25 or 30+ each time.

Throw a post on here & you will get good response as it is a blast having the place to a small group.
