I was going to order replacement tire for my used 2006 yz 125 (now a 144:cool:) and when checking the current tire it is a 130-70-19 Starcross S12...in my manual it says stock is 100-90-19...so which size do I have to order? Rims aren't stock...black excels...
Thanks.

Is your rim 125 or 250 size? I run a big bike tire on my 125 with the stock rim. Just works better for me.

100/90 is good. Some tire companies (mostly Pirelli and Metzeler) use a different measuring aspect on their tires. Dunlop, Bridgestone and Michelin measure the bead width, or the width of the tire where it interfaces with the rim. This measurement is 100 mm on a 125 or 250F. The other way of doing it is to measure the outermost width of the tire body (not the knobs). That way of measuring will produce around 170mm for a 125 / 250F. Same size tire to you and me, just a different way to measure.
