2012 National Classes Info needed!

Hi, I am 15 right now and turning 16 in April. If I get a ktm 250sx(2 Stroke) will I be able to race it in the 122-open cc or the 122-250cc, or is this only for 4 strokes
Also I am new to motocross so any extra info about it would be very helpful. Thanks

You won't be running A if your new to the sport; Eventhough it is just sittin on a bike and twisting the throttle. Machine does all the work.

Or do you have some gncc experience ??

Anyway 250sx in lite divisions is legal for amateur pro. Not licensure pro.

I do not have any experience at all, do you know what class I would need to start out in?
 
you would want to start in the corner class or schoolboy class. I would suggest checking out a local race to get an idea of what to expect and also attend some open practices. you can view the race schedule at racecra.org and open practices are posted on here. All that assuming you're in ohio.
