VIN check for stolen bike

So does PA have titles for Off road bikes?
I know Indiana does not title off road bikes. I got an ohio title with a vehicle inspection and a purchase receipt for an 02 RM from Indiana. Process was easy. They checked found no title. I had to do a pencil rub of the Vin and take it to the DMV for inspection. They issued me a title immediately .

Hey once you figure it out please update this post, i want the title more than anything just to make it easier to sell or trade in.
