Im 99% sure it is the stator, I tested the connections for voltage on the right side of the bike, one was 20 V, and the other was 0, They are supposed to be 50V min, and .7

WHERE THE HECK CAN I FIND A STATOR FOR THIS BIKE!!!!

I cant find one on motosport, crfsonly, anywhere,

is this an OEM only part?

If someone could let me know what they think or where to get one that would help,

Pretty sure stators are OEM only. Try a used bike parts place but I would buy OEM if I were you.
 
Two companies out there that re-wind and repair with good results (lots of bad ones...) are Ricky Stator and Trail Tech.

Besides that, OEM or EvilBay.

The output data you provided indicates a shorted winding, as evidenced by the output on the second pole. Most of these failures are caused by overheating. Stators nowadays are very, very reliable.
