Arm pump cure!

I have also heard that alka seltzer will help as well. Funny you brought this up, I was just reading yesterday in the new Motocross Action, that riders are now resulting to surgey on the forearm muscle to help relive arm pump. But it wasnt guarenteed, because the tissue can heal up during recovery.

"By cutting the skin and then slicing the muscle's fascia (or actually removing a strip of fascia) the gristle-like compartment is opened up. This gives the muscles of the forearm room to expand."

Says here Sellards had it done. I would like to hear his input on arm pump.

The surgery was a bit of a trend circa 1999 - 2001. Some people said it worked, while others reported no difference. That surgery is a heck of a gamble!

Or is it? I saw the add for "HemoFlo" in my latest racerx, anyone else see this? It says that it lowers blood viscosity (asprin) and increases blood flow (N02 supplement possibly).

haha what!?!? $59.99!! thats a lot for a 30 day supply! s**t if its selling for that imma make my own armpup cure and sell it for half the price, still turn a profit!

i say its a waste of money, as are most supplements. though the ingredients do what they say, its trace ammounts. i say go easy on the wallet and if you wanna stop arm pump give some good old fashioned arginine pills a try, $19.99 for a 30 day supply. i bet you can test the two personally and see no real difference. This and a combination of placebo effect will help your arm pump.
