Yes we are. Except of course on race day.

Track watering starts again before 7 am. Practice starts @ 9:00 am
If you are talking about other than race day then he trys to prep when he can
We do not have so called organized practice, that is why we charge $10.00 daylight
till dark instead of $25.00 for 10 - 4 as some tracks do.
