COCR Races , Sunday Sept 8th, Buckeye Series & Southern Ohio MX Series

***COCR OPEN PRACTICE & MOTOCROSS ***
This will be Round 17 of the Southern Ohio MX Series and also Round 4 of the Buckeye Series MX ( 2 series deal for the price of 1 ) ,

Open Practice will be held on Saturday the 7th from 10am - 4pm @ COCR Raceway in Sugar Grove Oh, Camping is permitted.
Race will be on the Sunday 8th , Gates open at 6am , Signup starts at 7am, Practice to follow, then Races.
Note: All riders MUST have an AMA card to race, but no District cards are needed.

Practice on Sat - 20$

Races :
A Class $30.00
All Other Classes $25.00
AMA Membership avaliable at grounds - 39.00$

SOMX and the Buckeye Series have been around for years and years but you won't hear much chatter online. Riders in Southern Ohio get the schedule in the spring and just show up on race day. Both series converge this weekend at COCR. It should be a good turnout!

Here are some pics from today's practice. About 100 bikes today. The track was pretty sweet early on. Pond soil was mixed in this week. These areas held moisture most of the day. The areas that didn't receive the pond scum got dusty in the afternoon. A step in the right direction for Southern Ohio.
