Since when did they start naming every weather pattern that comes through? Irritating, but I was wondering if it was to take our mind off the fact that they cant forecast for crap any more.

Trying to plan my work crews by the weather is the worst it has ever been this past year. I cant even count on the forecast from the night before any more.

Im sure somebody has a way to blame the Gov for this too! Lol
 
Just started it this year. Better for ratings. People must all get up in a panic when they add a scary name to a weather front. Gets all the doomsdays preppers out to walmart to buy supplies. Read an article about it in august on Weather Channel's website.....
 
I don't worry about storms until the weather men take their jackets off...........then when they roll up the sleeves, watch out, all hell is breaking loose with the weather.
