Auction Bidding for camping spots????

I know every business has the rights to operate as they please, but I kind of think this is a little crappy.

This is very common in dirt track (car) racing. Just about every local track sells pit parking spots for the season. Never seen it done with an auction though.

Just remember that Pala invested quite a bit of money to have the National out there for 2 or 3 years. Then Lake Elsinore invested many millions of dollars in their facility to have the National out there for 1 year. Now Glen Helen has it back……. make the money while you can, because 1 year may be all they get no matter how much they spend.

At least they offer that to everyone. RC had an under the table auction for Loretta's a couple years ago.........lol.

Circleville Raceway Park did this for PIT spots back when I raced karts....
