Western Reserve Winter Race for February - BIKES and QUADS

Western Reserve Motorcycle Club will be having its second Winter race this Sunday, February 9, 2014. This will be for both bikes and quads.

Gates open at 10:00 AM
Bikes race at Noon
Quads race at 2:00 PM

(bike bikes - 85cc and up and big quads only)

note: sign-up closes 15 minutes prior to start of race

Gate fee: $10
Race fee: $20

no CRA membership is required

I have never been to Western Reserve. Mark Hyde texted me last night at 8 and said he was going. Mark had already prepped my bike for the January race so I felt obligated to go. Thank you Mark. Western Reserve reminded me of Honda Hills, flat track and all. What a great time 2 hours of racing in February. Felt like May. Everyone was really friendly and I'll be back for sure. Had a great time. What a neat place.

Thank you to all bikes and quads that made it out today. It looked like a blizzard early on but everything cleared up by race time and had great riding.

The after-race was a good time too with some of Al's famous chili, some kraut dogs, pizza and a few refreshments, all by a warm fireplace.
