USA is becoming a Socialist Society!

Today's society is not fixable , it's way gone .

Not sure I totally agree with that. Anything can be fixed. Well, OK, there are somethings that can't. But MOST things can be fixed? Depends on what you consider fixed. BEST or BETTER. If BEST, yeah, you're right.

So you are saying lay down and take whatever you are given?
Thats how we got into this mess!.

Not what I am saying. Just realize there is only so much you can do and getting yourself all upset about it isn't going to help anyone. Especially yourself.

The Problem is most people dont want to do that. We have been so brain washed by the gov to believe people are ENTITLED to certain rights .....

True. A lot of americans have. Have some dead beats in my familia. I let it get to me at times, but for the most part I just have to try my best to set a better example of working for a better life. Sometimes it feels like I am...and sometimes I wonder what the hell I am doing that for. Lickily the latter moments don't last long and I can smack my arse back into shape. ;) I don't even have a 70" big screen TV from Aaron's yet!!! ;) Oh, and a Playstation and a new X-Box that the Democrats bought for me.... OK, I need to stop...stopping...kinda...

Haha, I like "folks" too.

Oh no Scoob, you gone and done it now...you brought religion to a politic thread...this thread is doomed! :)

How does that saying go? "As long as we don't talk politics or religion, then we can be friends!" I don't stand for that for one minute. It should be something like..."If we can be honest with each other and still love each other, then we are friends!" My closest frineds are honest with me even if it is something bad about me, and I can be honest with them even if it is something bad about them. That's marriage and friendship right there Pal! :)

Ease up on the expectations a little...I am no expert, atleast not yet. I remember first starting out not being able to find my around the Bible. I am in training and the Bible is a very big book. You could spend a life time in that book and still learn everyday...you will not exhaust the truth in the Bible. I told you folks that I would not saturate these forums with my beliefs...but you mentioned it, so I will keep it brief.

I am fearful for the outcome of people's eternity. I had to face mine once, and now I know. I am also fearful for just the practical things that can happen right here and right now. I know the overall outcome of things...anyone can...just gotta read the Big book. You can also know it well, just gotta spend time with your nose in the pages. Just because the outcome is made clear by God in His Word doesn't mean that we should stop standing and fighting for whats right.

Like Beenridin...said...he is doing his part by raising his children right...that is huge. Doing our part is why I am so committed to you folks...it's an opportunity to be real and a good influnce...perhaps someday a diference maker. I am just as flawed or sinful as the next guy...we are all in the same boat.

Your advice is good Scooby Doo (may I call you that?) This fear keeps me grounded and doesn't let my feet leave the ground or get a big-head in life. Ain't nobody got time for that!

No...we don't know the day or the hour but He is coming back to set things straight once and for all.

Back to politics...we all have different desires but we also have some basic desires in common. Personally, I am burdened for America. It does break my heart to see what is going on and really it should break our hearts; which gives us fear. That fear will cripple you if you let it...or it can be a powerful source of motivation to have courage! You can't have courage without fear...but you can have fear without courage.

I'm gonna let you in on something...please take this with a grain of salt and give me the benefit of the doubt...but these are some serious thoughts that goes through my mind and heart.

Parenting - I imagine that being a parent would be the most or one of the most rewarding and challenging things someone can do in life. I would love to be a father someday (fat chance the way my lady life is, haha.) BUT, I wonder if I don't have kids...what could I do? When your a parent...your children are now involved in all your decision making and you are now responsible to them...you have to take care of them. If I wasn't a parent...I would have the open door to do something...but what?

Most folks that take a honest stand in history end up dead..it's true! I spend a good amount of time thinking/praying about a way to reach out to America. Old Billy Graham did! I think about cycling from capital to capital having revival meetings...something...something that will get peoples attention to consider the things they don't often consider. What will it take for folks to wake up? This may seem outlandish to you...but please give me the benefit of the doubt...my intentions are true. I want to believe that America still is a country of freedom and that any one person can make a difference. Louis and Clark trekked across the entire country exploring the west. So many great things have happened because of people. That saying "Every great journey starts with one small step!" I think about these types of things...I wanna do something about and for our lives after motocross and while in motocross. It all has to do with ministry...which is basically people!

You can call me crazy if you want...but I know I am not...says the crazy person. It takes daily work to keep a sound mind. Now if you wanna call me goofy or weird, that is "A OK!"...it's true! I mean if I get married someday, that means that women thinks Ronald Mcdonald is attractive, haha! Except I have bigger ears and he has straighter/whiter teeth. Old Ronnie Mac is probably a quad rider too! :) But that would be shallow...it is way more the person than the look of a person...looks have their place...a small one.

Proverbs 27:6 Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.

Hey bro, you can call me whatever you want. I answer to most. ;) An yes, I did. :)

[DELETED 'CAUSE I'VE SAID MORE THAN I WANTED TO ALREADY. Jarrett, did He tell you to do this?? ;)]

It's all good and will be. May not be the way you think it should be, but just have trust Him. I know it's tough. I tell Him everyday....

This is the guy from Dumb & Dumber. Don't support some of the language, but this dude is pretty much spot on and BOLD!

Yes! Finally figured out how to post a video! Yee Haw!

I commented on that video in a thread just about a year ago. The version that I viewed then didn't mention the Constitution but this version posted by MXCrusader manages to trivialize that all important document...

I really am scared by all these things.

That seems obvious to me. But educating yourself will help that far more than making incredible
claims of

Socialist Government and Society,

Our forefathers were able to maturely create our government.

You are forgetting the civil war, among other things.

Read about Jefferson and Marshall and their opposing views of how our government
should function, back when it was still in question. Read about Dred Scott v. Sanford and
chief justice Roger Taney. Read about the depression.

Then go for a ride.

specially when it comes to gun control in America...civil war has happened before. Revolution used to be a real bad word, but now it kinda makes sense if things keep going as they are...a good or bad revolution.

Anybody that thinks because they, and their gun owning friends, can resist police enforcement of
whatever the police think should be enforced, is kidding themself. You'll be facing stuff like this
http://www.flickriver.com/photos/cak757/2500209972/
in every little town in America these days.

I suggest you find a better way to make change than threatening revolution. Your call though.

A revolution of a new kind. We do not want a new constitution do we?
I dont think so. I just want them to honor the one we have.

So this is a revolution to hold our government accountable for not adhering to the constitution we have.

That is the challenge. To get back to where we once belonged. BeTles.

Ugh...just spent almost 2 hours writing some responses...hit the post button without realizing I lost my Internet connection...goodbye to all that...I will re-write tomorrow. I can't do that right now...BUT I am all for our current constitution and nothing else.

If you were ready to post, you should be able to "Restore Auto-Saved Content". Just reply in the same way and hit the "Restore Auto-Saved Content" link in the lower left of the "reply" box.

Just tried. Oh man...I wish that was the case...next time I will keep that in mind (not seeing that link though.) Once I hit the post button...the page didn't load and tried to go back and then my computer restarted by itself. I was so bummed and at that point lost all patience to wrtie it again. Will go up to bat again tomorrow! :(

Really though...I am all for the constitution and in this thread I am looking to my peers for some perspective. I am uneducated in this area but want to become educated.

At this point...in my low understanding of what is really going on with government (home and abroad)...if I had to label myself...I would be a conservative and constitutionalist.

Love each other, be accountable, do what is right and work!

They only give us smoke screens in the State of the Union Address.

Screen shot that article and repost as an image.

Even police have family members who are dead beats....I doubt public servants are going to obey orders to kill their own people. The military won't do it either. No air force pilot is going to drop bombs on American civilians.

I believe the exact opposite. When the boss man says GO DO THIS OR YOURE FIRED I'd say a lot of them are going go ahead and follow the orders. Some may stray, leave, get fired, or whatever the consequence may be. But to say that 100% of the police & military aren't going to continue to do as their told (as they have been doing for X number of years) is pretty far fetched.

Military will fight, police will fight, citizens will fight; we will fight each other. If civil unrest does happen...it will be war in our streets. You will know where you stand and what your gonna do if it happens. It will be ugly! I sincerely hope it never does. Just the fact that we are considering these kinds of things is frightening; to think it could be a reality...I am not taking riding for granted!

Sorry men...haven't sat down to re-write some responses yet. Got my bike yesterday and found out I have a leaking tranny line...so working on that. Also have another Insider entry almost finished. I am glad my first post didn't go through...I wouldn't take away from what I said...but the more you can think about something, then the better your understanding and clarity. So I will here soon.

This article says it better than I could. It's several years old.

We are Americans...let's act like it! As per the definition of our fore fathers.

I am doing my part by busting my tail at the track.

Kames Sports has copies of the Constitution for sale at a staggering price of $1.

I am just plain fearful for us as a people. I will not take our freedoms or riding for granted...in doing so, I choose to keep our foundation in rememberance and live it out.

I attended the Canton Memorial Day Parade the last three years. I would not be surpised if it is axed next year. Each year attendence and length of the parade has declined. Our American Spirit, Enthusiasm, and Passion is lacking as a whole.

Fight the good fight! That doesn't mean with violence as the first choice. Civil disobedience is my first choice and doing what I can in my neck of the woods.
