Herlings out with Broken Femur!

So all of those people that wanted and were excited to see Jeffery Herlings race at Unadilla against our 250F riders will have to wait another year. He broke his femur over the weekend at a charity race that Stefan Everts (his boss) puts on on a KTM85cc motorcycle. Funny how Chilitown has a 85cc Team race and the current World Champ breaks his leg doing the same thing. He only needed 5 more points to clinch the title again this year, so unless Jordi Tixier wins all the rest of the GP motos, he'll 99% be crowned the World Champ again this season.

Bummer, wanted to see him race in the USA.

Was just going to post this... I was really looking forward to see how he would place at the Dilla.... Can't believe the team would not tell the kid to go easy at a charity race... As much as the kids head is inflated he's one heck of a rider.. Would have been interesting to see if our boys spanked him or not

What's crazy is second place in points over there still needs close to 200 points I believe to grab the title.... Guys gotta win almost all remaining gp races for it to happen...
