Overall it was an ok Sunday at DC. The dirt was in good shape for almost the whole day.

THE PREP The dirt could have been watered more and tilled less. He tilled it like 4or5 times throughout the day with no water making it impossible for lines to form. Never got to dusty but really needed water to be better.

THE LAYOUT keeps getting more and more LAME. The track is super narrow and needs to be twice as wide and in some spots 3times wider would be nice, and to open up possible line choices rather than the 1 maybe 1and a 1/2 line choices.

THE STARTING GATE need some serious help but makes having a good gate pick all that more important and I personally could live with it as long at the track would be WIDER to help with passing.

THE FLAGERS ...Well at least the two boys by the big jumps (aka gravity) need to be thought how to properly flag a large jump like that to keep riders safe.. I personal feel the big pile up after the jumps could have been minimized if the flagger was at post and doing the job properly.

I would like to believe the track promoters would read this and consider some what to make some improvements.. I do think if some of the things mentioned in this post would be done the turn out, life of this track, and it's known past of 500 plus riders could be restored...
