Who's ready for A1?!?!?!

That's Atlanta 1. Doesn't quite have the same ring to it as Anaheim 1 does it? Do we really need to have mulitple races in the same venues? It's a big country with many venues (i.e. New Orleans, Minneapolis, Charlottesville, Miami....). Oh well, I'm just glad their racing. Let's yak about it shall we?...

Digging the tunes on these automated track maps... GA dirt always good...

Kinda digging the options on the rhythm/whoops section on the far right side...

Last turn before the finish could get interesting ; fairly long straight into a hairpin and it looks like maybe a little kicker coming out of it to the inside ?

I'm going with :
Canard
Dungey
Bagget

Bogle
Musquin
Martin

I think bogle and Kroc climb to the top step if the podium after banging bars with the best sx riders in the world, I think the 21st rider will get moosecan and rdun.

Looks like Golden is still over 10 seconds off the pace of the top 40... Who woulda knew? And to make matters worse, her best lap in the second practice after the track was a little worn was over 10 seconds slower than her first practice best.

In other news, a bunch of Ohio guys are out there killing it in the 250 class. Herrlein, Kilbarger, Taylor, and Karnow all look like they should be making the night show.

Watching the DVR'd version of Race Day Live. Looks like they changed up the track. Saw a long section of whoops I think before the split lane... We'll see what comes of it...

My bad. Split lane is actually split...who knew?... ;)

Yeah, Vicki not looking oog out there rolling everything first practice... Stage seems too big for her. Hopefully she'll calm down and ride...eventually.

Whoops are long... Should be a major seperator tonight.

I think we are seeing that she was no where near ready for SX. So if that's how the road to SX is working, that program needs to be revamped.

Believe it or not there are racers who don't qualify for the night show... So something must be working as timed qualifying only takes the fast 40... As long as she's not a danger to others in 250sx c class qualifying let her have at it... Just don't have media blow it up bigger than it really is

She was almost 4 seconds a lap slower than the 56th qualifier out of 57. I read on Vitalmx that she rolled pretty much everything in practice. Not sure why she is there if she is rolling everything.

I was watching the live feed of her second round of practice. Granted they only showed her for a lap and a half, but she didn't even hit the finish line jump or any triples.

I totally agree the Road to Supercross needs revamped. Finishing top 30 in 3 Arenacross events is just down right pathetic as a requirement to be out on a Supercross track competing with the folks that have worked their butt off to get there. I'd like to see a require more a long the lines of making 3 or 4 main events.

Yeah,I dunno. Might be fine where it is. Baby steps is all it is. Start here then go there. It's not the Road to a SX Championship, just an intermediate step to the big show. Leave her alone. Let her do what she can. She's not hurting anyone, but some vet riders egos from what I see.... ;)

What? Did Millsaps crash in the first turn and pull off again? Seriously! If I ran that Kawasaki team I would be coming at him with a crowbar. Get back on the bike and go!
