From the facebook post looks like the 25th & 26th will be a go.
"As of right now we are going to do everything possible to have the track back open for the practice and race on July 25th and 26th most of the work has been finished and some reclamation has been started there is still a lot to be done but I'm confident we will be able to work around the remaining obstacles. Keep checking in and we will update more as we get further along Thanks Ed"

Haha....there is the problem with facebook, I have liked their page yet still do not receive all their posts.
