Tony Horton of p90x fame

It was always said that soccer was #1 and MX #2 but
after watching every stage of this years Tour de France I can not imagine
which professional motocrosser has that type of endurance.
Tony H is trying to find new a new group of buyers for his videos.

I believe its because of the total muscle groups being used. Obviously distance bicycle and running is longer and grueling but not an entire body abuse. ???

At work so I can not open the instagram link but based upon the follow up commentary, I think I get the gist of the message (physically demanding sports - soccer being #1 and MX #2?). When I was a kid...way back in the 80's, there was a Sports Illustrated article that said the same exact thing. I remember showing it to all of the football players as they never understood how sitting on a dirt bike and twisting the throttle was so physically demanding!

Cycling is a different kind of animal. To get to that level is unreal.

Barcia got 2nd in some cycle race. That dude is in shape.

That bike race is the Wednesday nite racing series in Charlotte.... Brayton wins every time he shows up. Peick must be a little too large for the bicycle thing.
