I would like to see Yamaha make them..it would be cool to have a modern Street Tracker parked next to my 1977!

That bike is amazing and looks really cool. Way out of our price range to buy and maintain and not fast enough to be able to get a ride on one.

I havent seen a price for that particular one but building a twin will run you between 15-25k. They rebuild those like every two or three rides and that is somewhere in the 7k range.

    Two things.

The Kawasaki twins don't cost near that to maintain. The motors run basically all year. Not like the old
H-D XR750s that only get 200 miles on a crank. I expect the Yamaha to be similarly reliable.

Babe Demay has been running a FZ-07 based bike all season. Cory Texter raced it at Savannah when we were
    there.
