Stolen CRF100 and XR70 from Pataskala

The theft happened back on Oct. 9. Didn't think to post this here until now. Anyway, a 2003 Honda XR70 with a black Chinese replacement motor and a 2006 Honda CRF100 were stolen from my shed either very late Oct. 9 or very early Oct. 10. Thieves broke the lock, moved 10-foot fiberglass ladder and lawn mower to behind the shed, then, judging by the knobby tracks, pushed the two bikes around behind the shed, about 100 feet along the back fence, then pulled down a section of the fence and pushed the bikes through the gap.

Any info, please call Pataskala PD at (740) 927-5701. Thanks for any leads.

Thanks, all. It would be great to get these little bikes back. They weren't just for my kids. I've used them to introduce numerous others to riding and would like to continue to do so.

This was posted on Craigslist a little over a week ago, and then it was quickly taken down. I'm pretty sure it was my CRF 100 based on the peeled off number plate backgrounds and the old-school barkbusters. What do you guys think?

I'd say that would be your bike? Did you get any info off the post, an email or phone number?

No phone number provided, only the anonymous Craigslist email.

They didn't respond to several email inquiries.

Still looking.

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but the Columbus PD recovered the 70 and I picked it up from the impound lot yesterday. The knobbies are bald down the middle of each tire and both sides look like they spent some time sliding down asphalt.

CRF100 is still missing.

Anyone recognize this KX85?

I know nothing about how it was recovered, just a message from Columbus PD that my bike was in the impound lot. My guess is they found it somewhere and ran the VIN, or some kids abandoned it when the cops approached them about riding in an empty lot somewhere.

We think the kids who originally stole the bikes are currently in custody for other stuff, but we don't know for sure.
