That's what it looks like to me, also. Biggest I'm seeing available on there is only like 4 1/2" and in black.

Fastenal appears to carry the exact ones you see in the picture, apparently they're available in just about any color. Here's a link. The large diameter ones don't appear to be something commonly available. But with the brand and manufacturer part numbers listed, I'm sure you can find them somewhere.
