safety tips

1985 GMC Big Wheels Floater with 1400 Gallon tank. 60' Hydraulic Booms. Tire at 80%. Comes with 3 sets of nozzles.

Looks like a roll over or a broken frame waiting to happen. What is that like 7k-7.5k?

Truck is actually very stable on hillsides. Frame twists big time keeping it planted. Thing gets stuck real easy though. Took off front wheel drive cuz it was blowin t cases like crazy, from all the flex. It's currently runnin 24-7 on a pipeline job down in Caldwell. Think it's only 6k gallon.

Check out this muther. Got it out in colorado at a military auction. Gov dropped 40k into it and we scored it for 7800. Rear wheel steer. This thing turns like a pickup truck. Not sure if were making it a water truck or portland spreader yet.

It will twist enough and eventually crack the frame....unless you keep it level. That's a lot of weight and tons of frame rail. look at the second truck with the cheaters....less frame, more support, less twist.
