Open practice 8:30am-2:30pm

Sign up 2:00pm
Pre-race practice 3:30
Races to start around 5:00pm
 
Ok, just off the track and it is totally ready for this rain. The hourly forcast shows the rain being out of here around 6am and then we are basically good for the rest of the day. Once the rain stops in the morning we will chisel it up and we will be in good shape. Round 2 of the Kames Night Series, it's going to be good.
 
The hourly forcast has changed some and has rain lingering into 9 am. The last thing we want to do open the track surface up with rain still coming. We are going push practice back to 10:30 and cut the price to $20.
If this rain continues to drag its feet getting out of here we may have to scrap the practice all together. Making sure it is good for the race tonight is our first priority. The race is on rain or shine, no concern of a cancellation there. Thanks for bearing with us as we battle Mother Nature.
 
Guys we are going to pull the plug on practice for the day. It's a risk VS reward thing. It's just not worth risking a shower hitting us around noon and ruining the track for the evening. Right now the tracks top inch is wet but is solid under that so when we chisel up that dry it will be perfect. Race practice stars at 3:30 and again it is a go no matter what but the forcast for afternoon/evening looks good.

Wow really. Where'd that rain come from ? Was blue skies all day I thought. Of course I was freaking busy at work didn't get to look out the window now that I think about it.
