Kidney belts?

Strengthen core to help in the future
Go see a neuromuscular therapist/ specialist they are different from chiro's.
Sounds like it may be nerve related. Something got jammed in your skeleton and is now pushing on a nerve.

MXA claim it's a sacred cow. With no benefit. I hate them.

I recalled reading an Motocross Action Magazine article some time ago on this. They also have an online article on it. It's time well spent reading it.

DO KIDNEY BELTS REALLY HELP?
We are all too familiar with the visible riding gear: helmet, goggles, neck collars, gloves, riding shirt and pants, and boots. Then there are some very important “below the surface” extras such as knee braces, elbow pads, chest protectors and kidney belts. A kidney belt is a piece of gear no serious rider should be without. Let’s learn a little about kidney belts and why they should be a definite ?thumbs up’.

This is the one I do on a two day ride or long break between motos. It's called the hip flexor stretch but when these get tight they tug on my back and cause much pain.

I also do this one every day. It stretches the hammies which get tight and tug on the back. Basically I've figured out all my back pains come from the legs.

looks very painfull

Well bought a kidney belt, felt awesome having it on while walking around... went on to the track for a sight lap, made it halfway around the track and had to pull off from the excruciating pain... even the acceleration of the bike makes my back flare up.

Do you have health insurance ?

Should probably X-ray you, and get you into to see a nuero specialist and get you a Ct scan or MRI.

I think you have a nerve root impingement or maybe a slipped disc. But atleast see your primary care to get a referral to a specialist. Your young get it fixed.
