Alright. Banquet time

So this marks the first MX banquet I have been to since 1981. Pictures and a full run down to come.
Because everyone cares how I feel. Right?

Oh. For those in attendance, This is a business meeting. Your best chance to show thanks to sponsors and potential new sponsors

And they even asked the professor of southern Ohio motocross, CK1racerx, to the stage for some commentary on the series.

Good turnout
Lots of goodies and awards
Still not a banquet fan but I guess that whole old dogs new tricks thing.

Oh, and had I known I was going to be asked to speak I would not have had 8 Coors light in the parking lot

Matthew had a good series. 1st overall in Schoolboy 1 and 3rd overall in 250c, riding a 125 in all but one race. Moral of the story to Matthew. That one position you didn't think was a big deal in June.....was a big deal in November. He got 1st overall by one point. Him and Billy Herbert battled on those 125s at every race.

Scott, John and myself would like to thank everyone who attended, we gave away pitbikes, a set of moto metal rims, tons of swag, gift certificates and even cash. I would really like to thank Middletown Cycle for putting up two pit bikes and $13,850.00 in Octane bucks, with everything they gave away came to around $20,000.00. This is from a small dealership and is totally unheard by todays industry standards. I would strongly suggest you support them or your local brick and mortar store. For those who didn't attend the banquet they can stop in the shop and claim your Octane bucks, or call them if you live long distance . Knox sorry for the impromptu, we appreciated the positive comments you gave and your feedback on the tracks. Next year is even going to be bigger and better as Scott said.
