We did the big buck farm round last year. It was a really good weekend of riding. The Racing was spread out just enough to regroup and think about your next round.

It’s basically a bunch of one lap races against the clock. One loop of grass track, gp style. Maybe 6 to 8 minutes per lap. Then go out for an enduro woods loop, maybe 10 to 12 min. Then about 45 min. Break. 3 rounds on Saturday and three on Sunday. It’s surprisingly really good weekend, knowing you don’t have to survive 2 or 3 hours straight let’s you ride a little faster. A little break between rounds let’s you get a drink make some bike changes or what ever, and meet and talk to a lot of the guys your racing against.

Consists of a "Cross Test" course and "Enduro Test" course. The cross test is primarily in an open grass field with some motocross thrown in. The enduro test is primarily a woods course. You have six runs a day, three on each course, that last 6-10 minutes a piece. You add up your total time to complete each of the six sessions, and that's how you're scored for the day.

Gives lots of good information. I’ve haven’t raced much off-road but I’m looking to get into it this year.

Make sure to check out the Jolly Mine Race in Wellston OH. That is home to the Appalachian Dirt Riders and they hold an enduro there. If Mike Jolly sets it up similar to the ISDE qualifier a few years ago, there was something like a 4 mile grass track that was flat out amazing.

Didn’t end up getting the 500, guy wouldn’t budge on the price nor try to meet closer to Ohio’s. So if you see a nice AF500 for sale please let me know

Wtf you want a 500 for ? The sexy ping ting sound? Or the —-eff You guy...look at me...I’m a real man with all this vibration!

You think that 450 hurts your back....you gonna have to double up on the kidney belts for a pinger500.

At any rate 500 would still be bad ass....

I raced a 91 CR500 in collegeboy in the buckeye series from 2010-2012... they’re just fun bikes to ride. Nothing about I’m a bigger man than you. They’re a part of history and i enjoy the power they have. And speaking of the back, haven’t had any pain since mid September when my friend and i collided head on on some trails, nor have i wore the kidney belt, it’s annoying and doesn’t do crap

Once the EROC schedule is out I’ll have a better idea of what and where, I’ll be at one of the rounds, Ohio or PA is about the same distance from me. We’ll make a pit racer pit area!

I have several buddies who will be there, heck, I might even go, just not feeling an 11 hour drive to ride in the sand though.
