Friend of mine, Dalan Courtney owns Shanghi Marina at Norris. Been to Norris numerous times. My parents moved their boat to Norris when Cumberland dropped the lake to fix the dam. They ended up back at Cumberland. Nice, but I personally like Cumberland. Creature of habit I suppose.

Shanghai is one of the nicer marinas, they filled our boat and coolers a lot. Of course our boat was a pig. At Norris we ran about $70 a day in fuel.
