So looks like we are going to load up and get out of dodge for the weekend. So we are gonna head to Silver Dollar MX in Georgia for the weekend. Been on lock down way too long and need to get out!! 90 and Sunny this weekend, will feel like a good summer race.

I complain about the number of classes in Ohio. Damn, they have 42 classes listed!! Top 7 get a trophy. This is like a true, everyone gets a participation trophy race!! Anyone ever raced one of these races? How many actual motos do they end up with usually? I am sure many are triple gate.

Huge crowd at Silver Dollar MX. From CA, FL, NJ, IL, all over. Probably 700 plus. The had people in trucks pull you in and show you exactly where to park to spread out. We are probably a 1/2 mile from the track.

Track is prime. Has one sand section in the bottom. The rest of the track is a sand clay mix. Great dirt. One huge booter that I doubt any vets but Grewe types will be jumping.

Kind of nice being somewhere if you honestly did not know Covid19 existed, you would never know. Tons of people. People talking, interacting with each other. People walk up and chat. It's like being in a different world from what we've lived for two months.
